Drivetime Corporation Ripoff! Employee Sara Mitchell Drug Addict. Gilbert Arizona

I am so glad that that druggie Sara is gone. She is nothing but bad news, and she deserved to get the boot.

I heard through the grapevine that she actually had an overdose not too long ago due to mixing alcohol with pills. What a LOSER!

There are a few others involved in this scandal that will be fired as well. Not to mention any names, but alot of them are in customer service (and you know who you are) particularly the ones who hang out with Sara.

Apparently now DT is issuing MANDATORY drug testing and these freaks have it in their heads that they can drink that "magic potion" that will clean out their systems. Little do they know, there are components in those drinks that DT is looking for as well. So these idiots think that they are "home free".......wow they have a big reality check ahead of them!

I'm just glad that I have steered clear of these lamos, and I will still have my job next month!

sara mitchell is gone, the druggie no longer works at drive time, but who cares she is gone. also we were told a couple weeks ago, that we are now going to get random drug tested...... unemployment line get ready!

Let's see, the information I have gleaned from these reports:

1.) This outfit is scammy and a ripoff

2.) They put an obvious druggy in charge of customer service

Yes MARTHA, in PHOENIX, bringing up Donna does have to do with the rip-off report. Yes she is not actually out there on the lot ripping the customers off, but she is a lead (well not any more haha) in the customer service dept @ the corp office. I have heard her give false information to customers, and tell customer service reps the incorrect info to tell the customers. So yes MARTHA this all ties into one big KNOT.

Example: Customer buys a vehicle @ drive time, gets ripped off, calls into speak to a manager, it gets given to Donna, if she gives the wrong information, b/c she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about, that is bad for the company. The customer still get ripped off, and was given wrong info just to "go away".

If drugs are being talked about on here, b/c they are being used in the corp office, then people (the CUSTOMERS) have the right to know and ask questions.

This web site is not the place to air DriveTime's dirty laundry. Who cares if this Donna person is ugly, a Bull-d**e or what ever. This site is for the consumer to gripe. I want to read about how they got Ripped off-(hence the name "Rip-off Report"). Get over it. Upper management I'm sure has noticed what's going on and within time she'll be gone. It takes time to fire someone and your do nothing but gossip about a bad manager is hot air. Save it to cool your soup!

Now that this is off my chest, come on people let's see some good stuff out there, write. I know the collectors are back in each dealership, and they pounce on you when you come in and make your payments, threaten to repo, let's see it in writing.

Hi my name is Stacey and I have worked for Drive Time for over 7 years.

I have seen people doing drugs on company property as well. Im not going to mention any names, but this is rediculous. People are smoking marijuana at work and on their breaks/lunches. There have been several times that someone has come back from a break and walked by my desk smelling like they just came back from a party. I HAVE brought this to DT upper management and from what I understand there is a now a HUGE investigation. (no names needed)
To all of you people that are participating in this, I seriously recommend that you clean up your act. Not only will you be fired, but Im sure that drug charges will be placed on you.
Now, on to Donna Makavos. Where did DT find this clown? Oh wait, they found her in the gutter selling crack and decided to give a crackhead a chance. This woman is full of s**t, and everyone can clearly see this. I absolutely do not see a future for her at DT. She is also one of these "freaks" that are participating in the madness.

Donna Makavos is the WORST teamlead/manager. Thats is why she is actually not part of customer sercvice anymore. I have heard her say to other workers, "I'm not your boss, I cannot help you." How unprofessional is that? I heard that Donna got her panties in a bunch because she was trying to take over Ruth's (CS Manager) job, but because she is dumb as a stick, it just didn't work out for her. Not to mention but Ruth should of know something when Donna started and she used "learning tools" from her previous employer. She was using another company's training ways to try to rub it off on Drive Time. What a FAKE! The department I manage here at Drive Time, I make up my own ideas to help my team. I do what a REAL team lead is supposed to do, I take risk for my team, I don't treat them like crap, I don't talk down to them, I don't try to run people out of the department, I am nice to them, and I show the RESPECT, the respect they deserve. So get with the program Billy Idol, your fake, no management skills what so ever. Get off the Titanic while it is still floating, because real soon someone will expose you and you will SINK like a rock.

I keep a watchful eye on this site, and it crackes me up that such petty'ness is going on there at corporate. This Donna broad must be something. Hello, girls can't you start documenting her f'up? Come on, this is a no brainer! Get people to put it in writing and get documentation. You know if it's not written down it never happened. Watch her squirm when her mgr. pulls her in the office and make her explain. Hey it's the new drivetime way.....customer service, keep them in the vehicle, what ever it takes....I know been there done it. after 5 yrs working there i can honestly say i work somewhere else. ask yourself this......when's the last time you could tell someone where you worked and beeen proud?

I was just wondering, how do you know this info? Have you brought this to anyone's attention yet?
I too have noticed people in the parking lot doing drugs, but I don't know them on a personal level. I have also heard rumors of certain individuals in verification and customer service that are pill poppers. If this is true, DT needs to do some serious house cleaning. Then again, if Donna Makavos was my boss, I think I'd be taking drugs all day too. Either way, for some one to come on a public forum and call someone out, by name, is crazy.
