Fairbanks has bought my mortgage and done nothing but charge me fees and more fees. I have not been able to get a legitimate answer from anyone i have talked to on the phone.

Most, if not all of my mortgage payment has been applied to fees and other charges causing my mortgage to stay in a delinquent status. i have made every payment but i am still 2 months behind. i have insurance and i still am being charged for force placed insurance.

i don't want to lose my home nor do i want to file bankruptcy. i don't know what to do or who to go to. this is my first home and it has been nothing but hassle since fairbanks bought my mortgage.

is there anyone else in indiana that is having problems with this company? i have nothing but bad reports about this company. something must be done.

Select Portfolio Servicing, Fairbanks Capital we have hit foreclosure once before and we are near that again. We have our own homeowners insurance, and charge us extra for their insurance. They charge us late fees and return check fees, we pay western union. They have recently send out a demand letter in the amount of 2,318.08 please help before i sign agreement to repay.
