We have already reserved a card in your name. To receive your gold card sign and mail this guaranteed acceptance certificate and include your one-time only $37.00 membership fee. Once we receive this certificate with your membership fee, your gold card will be sent to you. You may use your golf card immediately upon receipt for all purchases from credit provider. First National Credit provides a 30-day money back guarantee for membership fee. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, just return the gold crd and membership package within 30-Days for a full refund of membership fee - No questions asked. This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves to run such an unforgiveable scam such as stealing money from hard working families.
