Gator Failed to honor Home Warranty repairs Fort Lauderdale Florida

I have a Home Warranty with HMS.  The warranty covers major systems and appliances in my home.  I recently had my heating systme fail because of a malfunctioning Inducer Motor on the furnace.  This happened on a Friday and HMS would not be able to get contrator out there until the following Monday. 

I could not go with out heat for that many days when the temps outside were in the 30s.  I contacted a local contractor who was able to get someone out the following day.  That contractor detected a malfunctioning Inducer Motor.  This motor had blown the fuse on the circuit board.  They replaced it and it has suince bown again or shut down and had to be restarted several times. 

The inducer motor vents toxic gases from the furnace to the flue so your house doesn't fill with Carbon Monxide.  The furnace WILL NOT operate unless this motor is functioning properly.  I also file a claim with HMS on Saturday and they sent their contractor out on Monday.  Their contractor verified the same part was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced.  However, HMS claims that until the motor fails completely and my system will not operate they cannot replace the part. 

I cannot find anything in their contract that say a furnace must fail competely before they can authorize a repair even though 2 contractors have stated that the part is malfunctioning.  Also once the part fails completely I mut pay the deductible again to have another contractor come out to verify that it has failed.  It takes at least 2 days to get a contractor out here, another day or two to submit their report and get a decision another couple of days to get the parts and another couple of days to get it installed. 

When the outside temps are in the teens and 20s you cannot be without heat.  Common sense tells you to repair or replace somthing before it fails completely.
