GMAC Financial Have not dismissed forclosure after they have been paid, in full. ripoff Waterloo, Iowa

I have a home loan with GMAC. They purchased my mortgage and I believe it was with the intent to forclose. I had many late charges and when I sent my payment. They held them and did not apply them. They were also my mortgage company for 3 months before I was aware. They filed for a forclosure, then tried to get me to make bizarre repayment plans. On Dec. 30, 2005 I paid the amount owed in full.

To date, I have not received any written notice that they have received my payment and today the sheriff came to my home to appraise my property for forclosure. I believe they purchase mortgages that have high equity and late payments with the intent to forclose. They are preditors.
