Gmac ripoff changed my credit history Waterloo Iowa

hello everyone. hope all are well. good news i hope. my attorney called gmac on friday and got basically the run around.which has pised him off. i spoke to him on monday and told him about all of you and gave him this web site.as of monday afternoon he filed complaints in fedral and state court along with a civil lawsuit.

i have recieved a monthly statement from gmac and they reversed my payment whats up with that.then they sent me a new payment history which dont match any of the other 3 the idiots already sent me.i will say at least that gmac is not calling me daily anymore. i have lost it on more then one time on them when they call.

gmac sent a check back one time saying wrong account number and they didn't know what to do with it.another time my payment history shows a legal fee for a month before their attorney contacted me WHY WHY . today i went to delaware (my dream home) I may still have a chance to get it. seems like the new owners are trying to zone it for bussiness(BED&breakfast) and the city and people are giving them a hard time.ya for me !!

one time gmac took my check out of the envelope and sent the envelope back along with the dispute note i always send with it. i did find out that in some states they can sell your deed at the court house all they have to do is post a notice in any newspaper in your state about the auction. i have to tell you all that as i read all the stories the first time i was shocked i knew i wasnt alone.why hasnt one of the big tv consumer shows 48 hrs, 60 mins, etc picked up these stories. i again contacted the dllr in our state to file another (4th)complaint with them. gmac is so big noone wants to try and bring them down. i wish all their former employees would come foward.their statments would make such a big impact on everything. it shocks me to see and know how these billion dollar companies do it now. how would the ceo of gmac feel if someone was trying to take his parents home or his grandparents my husband says they dont give a f about family only whats theirs.

let me ask everyone are you using bank certfied checks to make your payments?? and send all payments priority mail with comfirmation i have done both things since day 1 they took over my mortgage.SO WHAT IS THEIR EXCUSE.!!! I MUST GO FOR NOW TAKE CARE EVERY ONE AND BE BLESSED.
