Greyhound Bus picked up my son in law in Rochester NY. Driver got pulled over for speeding and made is so that he could not be dropped off in Ramsey NJ Had to pick him up in Manhatten. Tolls gas time and refused a refund!! Now  4 days later he gets a ticket back. Goes to the bus stop and a coach bus pulls up..gets in and driver tells him, wrong bus that he has a gryhound ticket and this is a coach bus...he gets off...no bus follows so we call...Apparently he WAS supposed to be on that bus.  so now stranded after waiting hrs. A**h**** . Do NOT USE GREYHOUND
