Greyhound Exorbitant fees Dallas Texas Nationwide

 Greyhound seems to want to take advantage of customers at every turn. Excessive fees and a lot of crappie busses. 12/9/16. A bus coming out of Cleveland, OH barely made it into Youngstown, OH before the engine died. One of the worst busses I've seen yet. Stains everywhere on the interior, and the heat didn't work. They also charged $20 to print my ticket. Called it a rebooking fee. It took a couple minutes to do. A true ripoff. My sense is they know people taking busses tend not to have a lot of money, and they take full advantage of them. Yet another arrogant company.
