Though their website claims they were born in 1991 to improve the consultant marketplace. GULF-PACIFIC, is a direct derivative of GEORGE S. MAY, IPA/IBA, founded by the disbarred attorney, JOHN BURGESS. ARTHUR VANLANDINGHAM, known by his thieving employees, as "A.V.", is also know as ARTHUR VAN "LOOTING HAM", as he loots small businesses of their last dollars promising them blue skies over Tempe. "Van Loots" Diagnostic Analysts fly in late at night, pick up their rental cars and proceed to circle the prospective morning small business like vultures to make sure where the business is there and how to get their in the early morning to begin to feast on their prey.

After the infamous opening, Client Conference, the Analysts are directed by Mr. Loot to quickly fax, text, email the cash position of the firm. from this point "Van Loot" can determine where the "GO" is and how many hours they can focus on for the final kill on Day 2. The Nalayst is then to show the business owner all of the misfortunes of his mismanaged, misguided business practices and to get full acceptance of the then beaten owner that he cannot fix it and that only the money hungry commissioned vultures from Gulf can.

The owner falls prey and victim to the high pressure tatics of the "Van Loot" trained thieves. For $275 an hour,PLUS airfare, hotel charges and a daily per diem the "Gulf Vultures" will be there the following morning in their new rental Cadillacs and in their $2500.00 suits to woo the owners who believe GULF-PACIFIC is the last hope and breath for their businesses.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

If you defy "VAN LOOT" he will turn you over to collection and if it puts you out of business, So be it. He will get his money.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Arthur VanLandingham is going down

AUTHOR: Ke - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 20, 2009

I'm sueing the SOB he has not paid me the money he owes me. The more people that do not let him get away with this the punishment will be far worse. He should be in prison where he can't prey on innocent people. He has crossed the line.
