Gulf Pacific - Arthur Vanlandingham ripoff is viscious to employees and clientel Tempe Arizona

Arthur Vanlandingham and his company, Gulf Pacific have been lying to employees and lients alike. It's normal for this owner. You are hired and become his best friend (his circle) as he says, until he decides you are dispensible. He will give you more than you can ask for when he needs you to do work for him. One mistake and he's accusing you of using him. It's completely the other way around. I saw that one of his former henchmen wrote a report about the company also after being fired. Funny thing about that is that the writer did all of Mr. Vanlandinghams dirty work for him and enjoyed it. Arthur hired nasty, non-caring individuals who could just as easily cut your throat instead of firing you. Most of us were fired with no just cause and there have been many of us. Most were fired by the previous writer from Tempe and not Arthur although Arthur agreed to it. I lost a minimum of 4000.00 due me in commissions because Arthur and his Henchman, Holloway, just decided they didn't have to pay me. The verbal and sexual abuse from both of these individuals was horrible and when confronted, nothing changed. The language in the office was so terrible that I doubt that a high school kid would be worse.

Vanlandingham called his former secretary monkey as in "be a good little monkey" and still calls his present sec. the same thing. He mad a slave out of the former one basically. He and his company are ruthless cheats in life and in business having verbally abused many a client. NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They provide no real services but will charge you up the butt. If you don't pay, you might be treated to a harrassing call from Arthur himself!

Arthur slowly took away each and every benefit that the old owner had put in place for employees. NO more ins., no more vac, no sick pay and now...no more holiday pay. He cheated his employees this past year out of Christmas and New Years day pay. What a jerk!
