Gulf Pacific - Arthur Vanlandingham Out of court settlement Tempe Arizona

I finally received an out of court settlement after over one year of fighting Arthur Vanlandingham for not paying my separation pay that was due to me when I was fired in January last year. Scumbag Vanlandingham refused to pay vacation pay, commissions, and compensation that was rightfully due. He and his scumbag attorney refused to make good on his legal obligation until he was threatened with triple damages for non payment of rightfully due compensation. Rather than face a jury trial, he finally settled the case one day before the trial.

Then he refused to honor the agreement's payment date until he was further faced with a court order to do so. Again one day before the deadline he finally settled rather than face an angry judge. Vanlandingham is a first class coward and is worse than the green scum beneath the whale s**t at the bottom of the ocean.

I have had over forty years of successful business experience and can tell you that this individual is one of the most dishonest, devious, immoral, con artists I have ever met in my life. I can only advise you that you should be very concerned about accepting employment or doing business in any fashion with Vanlandingham or any business he has anything to do with.

He has cheated vendors out of thousands of dollars, employees out of thousands of dollars of due compensation and customers out of more than thousands of dollars working his scam, all in the name of transparancy. But you know if someone tells you they are going to be honest with you than you must realize they are saying that only to hide behind their dishonesty. Otherwise they would never have to proclaim their "honesty."

Vanlandingham has hired another scam artist, Dan Held, who was fired twice from the original Gulf Pacific for incompetentcy. Vanlandingham encouraged me to hire him back again after he reorganized Gulf Pacific in Tempe, AZ. Noe single one consultant had more angry client complaints than Mr. Held. He is an ignorant and unpolished scam artist that our clients saw right through. After a couple of months of him working for me it became obvious that Held was scamming customers, and therefore I fired him from the company again. He was rehired after I left for one reason only...to prove that Vanlandigham was not firing me out of age prejudice, even though his remarks indicated his disdain for a more mature and experienced executive than himself when I was terminated.

No this is not a case of sour grapes. In fact Vanlandingham did me a huge favor in reality. I wanted to move to a paradise called Costa Rica in the future anyway, and he helped me make the decision to get away from con artists like him and make that move earlier. So all I can do now is to let the public know that this is a really bad guy and beware of him and his operation and avoid it at any costs. He is an artist at making your company look like it is going to fail any moment and the only thing that can save you is his company...well take a second look and you will really realize, this is the biggest part of the con, to get his foot in the door and then bill the hell out of you with incompetent consultants and a system that is designed to rape the customer and only benefit one party.....Vanlandingham directly....

CAVEAT EMPTOR.....by the way, references are all set up before you ask for them, and you will only hear from those that Vanlandingham has preconditioned to talk to you...they are oftern not real references as well...just another part of the con. I regret that I was caught up in the Vanlandingham scam for the time I was there, and wish I could turn back the clock and made an escape from his evil con faster than I did.
