Gulf Pacific, Arthur Vanlandingham Unlawful Practices Continue Tempe Arizona

As of this writing Gulf Pacific shows that it is "Not in Good Standing" with the Az Dept of Corporations. When searching for them in CA to see if they are registered to do business, the Dept. of Corporations indicates they are not authorized to do business in CA.

No less than six current complaints have been filed in the past six months, through the Labor Board in CA, Small Claims in CA, Small Claims in NV, Superior Court in Phoenix, and the Federal EEOC for violations, including non-payment of due compensation, for age discrimination, for termination for retribution. There are at least six more claims ready to be filed momentarily for such things as sexual harassment, hostile work environment, fraudulent non payment of overtime compensation, and now unlawfully conducting businesses without proper corporate registration.

The owner of this company is out of control with his arrogance and has publicly stated that "the laws do no apply to me."

Before you consider doing business with this outfit, or even consider working for them, you should carefully check them out. There is a good chance that you will get screwed big time by these evil bandits. This is a den of unlawful activities and you should watch this board and the State Attorney General's cases fairly soon regarding this company and its activities.

They have got to be stopped from screwing their employees and customers alike!
