Inside of Gulf Pacific is an owner who not only in intent on ripping his employees off, but believes he is above the law becasue he is the owner of the business. He recruits employees by making promises of compensation and bonuses that are conventiently forgotten one you work for him. He does whatever he can to not pay bonuses that are earned, even under contracts that are in writing. He was forced to pay bonuses to his consulting division once he was threatened with felony non payment of compensation, but it was after Christmas and the families needed the money 1-2 months prior to Christmas - the worse time of year to not pay people what is owed.

While he says he in "concerned" about his employees, he looks for chances to screw them every time he can. He has abolished all employment contracts with the consulting divison since now he believes he cannot be held accountable leagally. He imagines himself to be a frustrated attorney that knows it all, and will not listen to the advice of those around him that try to protect him from making unlawful decisions that could Gulf Pacific out of business.

He continues to practice deceit to prospective employees and to customers alike. He sociopathically can read people very well and tells them whatever they need to hear to make a decision in his favor, but then "forgets" what he sais, which is typical for the normal sociopath. He lies so much, he forgets what he says to what person.

I an only tell you that you should be forwarned about working for Gulf Pacific for as long as this man is involved. A tiger shall never change from being dangerous, and Arthur Vanlandingham will screw you if you give him a chance. No business owner or potential employee should consider doing business with this company, unless you check them out very carefully...get references that are not set up to say yes to you, find out more about who you are dealing with.

This is just one more consulting firm that is out for how much money the owner can tuck away. The employees get caught up in trying to do the right thing, but with an owner like this they will suffer the consequences of his weak and devious character...Buyer Beware - Caveat Emptor to the max here.
