This Reporter can now safely report that Gulf Pacific was ordered to pay an ex-employee over $12,000 in owed commissions and compensation by a local court here in the Phoenix area. Vanlandingham, of course, in his normal rogue fashion has refused to make the payment ordered by the court, so now his accounts are being garnished in order to fulfill a court order. boy what a slime ball this character is....

The case stated that Gulf Pacific is committing fraud, dishonest business practices, and breach of contract, all of which the court upheld and found Gulf Pacific and Arthur Vanlandingham culpable to the hilt.

In another case against one of his top executives in the past, Vanlandingham employeed a local attorney to stop that executive from filing for and receivingt unemployment after that employee was fired without cause. Through several months of paying rediculous attorney fees with nothing to gain for Vanlandingham, the employee cancelled the action of filing for unemployment, and finally after attempted reopening of the case before the state unemployment board found the case dismissed on technical merits only. But Vanlandingham in the mean time, foolishly, paid thousands of dollars in legal fees, gained nothing, and wasted valuable corproate assets, as he is known to do.

Other cases have been won against Gulf Pacific and its evil owner, Vanlandingham. more are still pending.

If you have any idea of working for this company, be extremely wary of it. You too are subject to being treated like you are the most valued employee and then cheated out of everything owed to you when it is most convenient for Vanlandingham and his partner in crime, Dan Held.

Vanlandingham cannot honestly call himself a legitimate business man, because all he really is is a blue collar criminal, con artist who will stab you in the back for a penny. ask many of his ex-employees who he owes commissions and other compensation to. This is a pattern of dishonesty that any potential employee or prospective customer must be concerned about.
