Gulf Pacific, Arthur Vanlandingham, Dan Held Sleazy, incompetent, liars, and thieves Tempe Arizona

As of July 2007 Gulf Pacific with its owner Arthur Vanlandingham and his new henchman Dan Held continue abusing employees by not paying them commissions and expenses that are earned and due to them. Recently, Held has fired another top notch consultant who now is working as a senior Project Manager with a large international consulting firm...of course this consultant was also owed wages earned. He is one more consultant in the long line of employees who get fired after challenging Vanlandingham for not paying him what is due. When confronted by employees, Vanlandingham is known to "hide under his desk" to pretend he is not even in his office.

He is a coward and refuses to face people that he continues to abuse. His latest reported escapade with Candy Morey in Hawaii is just one more peg proving his infedelity to his family and dishonesty toward his employees and the public at large. Anyone who chooses to work with this company does so at his/her own rish of not being paid. Vanlandingham will terminate people, then lie about why they were terminated, and even go so far to hire a dweeb of an attorney to stop ex-employees from receiving unemployment, just to prove his point.

He continues to conduct himself in an unethical and immoral fashion, and surrounds himself with people who buy into his charismatic con job. Promises made by him continue to be empty and now it seems as if his own wife will suffer his dishonesty. Talk about sexual harassment..taking one of your managers to Hawaii? What is this all about?

Well, what can we expect from such a scum bag that dwells lower in the ocean than whale crap? My best advice is to take heed to what you read here, and do not work for this scum or do business with his company unless you want to become one of his victims as well.

A private source from one of the banks that he does business with has said when looking at his accounts, there are some very strange transactions going on there. He is under the eye of the banking officials as well. It is only a matter of time before he steps across the line and ends up behind bars. One more con man taken off of the street is the best I can think of for this con.
