To Whom It May Concern:

This is a supposed reputible company. You would think that anyone who had GMAC as part of their company would have some sort of credibility and integretity....THINK NOT!!!

This company has so many ways to cheat honest folk out of their money it's not funny. You just want to pay your mortgage and live your life and they WON'T let you. You have the ability to pay and they GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO SOMEONE ELSE PREVENTING YOU FROM PAYING ONLINE. From that point forward you rack up untold fees in late payments and and are unable to access your account. You are and have been able to see the PAY-OFF amounts of other customers.

You try logging in using your social security number and they tell you it's been used by another account. I'd like to know who's using my and my wife's social at this company cause we could use the income. Makes you wonder who's seen your loan amounts. The only time you can get a customer service person is from 8-5 CST gee that friendly!!! NOTTTT...

They have no problem in calling you all hours of the day Saturdays, Easter Sunday 10PM at night, and love to send you Hate Mail, certified none the less. When you try and email them...good luck because there's none and you try and reset passwords and it comes up with bogus question that you never even chose like in 1915 what was your favorite baseball team? Come on give me a break!!!??

This is nothing sort of trying to cheat me out of my money and rack up untold dollars in late fees on the average joe. How many others have the same problem. It's time we banded together and formed a class action suit against this company who couldn't give a s**t about the "common mom & pop" and only wants those "high yeild" wealthy americans. They tie up your passwords and userid's and won't answer phones so that you incurr late fees and penalties. STAND UP and come to the table you yellow-bellied commies...If Chevy is part of GMAC there's no way with that attitude you could be the Heartbeat of America. Get BENT!!!

as far as a classaction suit its a little to late there was one already try finding a site that has classactions and look it up maybe they can help you good luck
