MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT A SMALL TWO BEDROOM FIXER UP FOR LESS THAN FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.FROM A LEANDER WHO IN TURN BEFORE WE PAID OUR FIRST PAYMENT SOLD OUR LOAN TO HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL WHO IN TURN AFTER A FEW PAYMENTS BEGAN THE NIGHTMARE OF RAISING OUR INTEREST EVERY THREE MONTHS AND HAS NOT STOPED YET!!! WE HAVE TRIED TO TALK WITH THEM TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TO STOP THIS PUNISHMENT THAY ARE INFLICTING ON US. THEY DON'T SEEM THE BE WILLING TO STOP RAISING OUR RATE WHICH HAS BEEN RAISED THREE TIMES THIS YEAR ALONE!!! THIS HAS CAUSED US GREAT STRESS AND HARDSHIP WE DON'T THINK WE DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT AND CONSIDER THIS THERE FORM OF PUNISHMENT FOR DOING BUSSINESS WITH HOMECOMINGS.
BUT HOLD ON HERE IS THE KICKER OUR INTREST RATE HAS EXPLODED TO A WOPPING SKY HIGH 12.50% ON A 30YR LOAN FOR A $50.000 DOLLAR LOAN THAT SHOULD PAY OFF AROUND $300.000.00 WOW -WOW WOW!~!!!

After two years religiously paying, I have accrued $500 principal against $33,000 in taxes and interest.
