This is my second time with Homecomings. The first time I was in foreclosure status (it was a long and painful nightmare) at the last minute I had to refinance actually someone very dear to me had to refinance under their name to help me keep my home. Everything was going good at the begining my payment was not due until February 2006 which was sent to the new mortgage company in which I had refinanced with, not knowing that these sharks had bought out my loan since it was a open loan.

They started calling me at the beging of March with harrassing calls stating payment was not sent. I had explained to them I did send it to the previous mortgage company they needed to talk to them and get payment well they were not satisfied with that they insisted I fax proof in which I did, I had also spoke with the previous mortgage company and had them fax me the wire information to have confirmation that Homecomings did get their payment.

This was faxed not once not twice but plenty of times since they kept calling and harrassing but no one was on the same page claiming there was no documentation of the faxes. I have since then been getting harrased calls as well as mail correspondence of late payments and the interest keeps getting higher at the beginging I supposively owed $1,791.38 and last I opened their letters I owe 3,176.12 I have sent this complaint to the AZ Attorney Generals and have spoken to a lawyer knowing the capabilities of these bullies.

The lawyer has suggested for me to send this information in a certified letter in which they have to sign upon receipt, So I could have proof that they did receive the information I have sending to them all along. I am willing to take this to court knowing what they could do and what they have previously done to me, but I just need some support if anyone in AZ would like to get together and bring a lawsuit against this so called financial institute please contact me.
