Image Warehouse Item won on eBay never received. Paid by check, cleared through bank, no email or phone response from Image Warehouse Oglesby Illinois

I bought a toner cartridge from weship4adollar (Image Warehouse) off of eBay. I sent off a company check and have an electronic copy of the check after it cleared through my bank. I have tried to contact Image Warehouse via email (information@imageex.com) and by phone (1-815-970-0301) and so far have not received any responses from Image Warehouse. I am trying to now get a refund since it has been nearly two months since winning the auction.

I also filled a dispute with eBay over this for an unpaid item. Image Warehouse failed to respond to this dispute as well.

After no response from Image Warehouse concerning the dispute, I called and talked with eBay. They said that the only thing they could do is to suspend their eBay account but that it would depaend on their pattern of negative responses. They said that they had received 160 initial negative responses in the last 12 months. To me, this would be a rather high enough amount to suspend their account.

At this point, I am not sure what else to do. If I lived closer to Illinois I would probably take them to small claims court. If anyone else out there has any other bad experiences with Image Warehouse, please do not hesitate to post it here at ripoffreport.com
