Image Warehouse Ron Saxton Defective toner ruined my priner Oglesby, Illinois

I purchased a set of toner cartridges from Image Warehouse on Ebay back in May.  I did not have to use them until a few days ago.  

The toner cartridge I purchased from this company was defective and it leaked toner all over the inside of my printer.  My printer stopped working I had to pay a repairman to come fix it.  Now he might not be able to fix it.  I paid 89.99 for the toner, 85 for the initial printer service call, and I may have to buy a new printer if the repair shop can't fix it.  

This company will not respond to my emails through Ebay and no one answers the phone, and I get a message that the phone number cannot accept any messages.  Ebay can't help me because it past the 45 day period to file a dispute.  This company currently has a 98.8 positive feedback rating on Ebay although they currently have 347 negative feedback comments for 2011.
