Image Warehouse imageex.com Agreed to accept return of unopened merchandise and issue credit but have failed to issue credit after receipt. Ogelsby, Illinois

I ordered ink cartridges through ebay.com from Image Warehouse.  Shortly after the arrival of the ink cartridges, the printer for which I had ordered the cartridges broke down, and I had to get another printer.  The new printer was a different brand, and the ink cartridges I had just received were not compatible.

I emailed Image Warehouse and explained the situation and asked if I could have my PayPal account credited if I returned the unopened ink cartridges.  I received an email from Image Warehouse saying to return the items and giving me the address where to send them, and further saying that the credit would be issued upon return of the items.

I have proof of the delivery of the shipment, but Image Warehouse refuses to issue the credit.  Emails sent by them contain one or two sentences, asking for information they already have, and never have anyone's name.  They have continually refused to issue the credit, and now they have the cartridges I paid for - double whammy!
