Won 5 re manufactured ink cartridges on E-Bay for HP printer. Paid for via Paypal. Received them quickly and tried to use one of them right away. Print was broken and streaked with blank areas where ink did not touch the paper.
Quickly contacted them and requested return and refund. The company told me to mail them back and they would send a refund. But after three months, Never got refund.Contacted Paypal who denied my request for refund claiming I did not have tracking info (wrong!). I had sent the package with USPS and delivery confirmation. The returned ink was received by the company.
Since then I have called them repeatedly and left messages. No returned calls and no e-mail or refund!
So far; I am out of $$$ for the cost of buying and returning this defective product.

They ripped off our company's trademarked name, too!

Yes, we own the trademark, but they are using the name on eBay. They had agreed to change their name, but obviously they are not so good at keeping their word. We are pursuing it with eBay, but legal things take time. Meanwhile, if you complain to eBay, it will add more voices of support to our action.
