Image Warehouse Paid for item twice will not issue refund-refuses to communicate Oglesby Illinois

Accidently paid for item twice through paypal. Immediately notified paypal and Image Warehouse, received no response. Filed a claim with them and they said they could only deal with non-shipment of item and I should contact seller. Itried that Several times but they refuse to answer any questions. Got his name and phone number from ebay, but auess what they do not answer phone either. Either way I am screwed out of $381.94. I left him negative feedback on several items I had purchased at the same time. Hope that gets someones attention. If I have bank reverse the charge, it goes back against paypal account and if I have credit card reverse the charge--you guessed it it goes back against paypal account. This guy is very quick to take the money but will not give anything back. If I file a claim against paypal for non delivery, I am sure he will come up with some kind of tracking item claiming that it was delivered. Too bad! We had done quite a bit of business with him before this. Never again
