Kaufman's Wedding World ripoff State College PA

I had an August 21s Wedding, without the help from Kaufman's Wedding World. My bridesmaids drove from points Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Selinsgrove to meet at your State College in Jan. 03 to be fitted for the dresses in question. We were assisted by Jess. She understood the situation, as did we, that the actual dress was not in the store. She pulled another similar Jessica McClintock dress and tried it on each girl. She stated Jen was a "true size 10", and Val and Kelly were "true size 12". We expressed our concern. She assured us that these sizes would work. We trusted the full service bridal salon opinion. That was are only mistake. This issue is one of many that I have had with this store. The fact that the dresses arrived 15 days before the wedding is the first problem. We were in the store in January, there is no reason it should have taken that long. The fact that it took 4 false delivery dates until I was given an accurate arrival date. When voicing my concerns to Jen(Manager) about the late delivery date, she assured me, if there were any problems that Kaufmans would take care of it! This is how you take care of it. The second issue was that the dresses did not even remotly fit any of the girls. In fact, the sizes were so off, they could not be altered. We had to buy all new bridesmaid dresses 15 before the wedding. Luckliy, Brides Boutique in Selinsgrove PA saved the day with a great vendor that they deal with. The third issue was the differece in shades of the dress. They refuse to give a refund on several issues that where they were clearly fault. What is the Kaufman angle on the late delivery time??????? When speaking to the State College store, Jen stated we chose for her dresses to be a different color. LIES! LIES! That conversation never happened. Not to mention the fact, that when calling the State College store to inquire about a refund, my mother was hung up on, not one but two times. That speaks worlds for thier help. I have even contacted all of Kaufman's Wedding World vendors, to let them know how they treat customers. Vendors contacted me stating that Kaufmans owes them thousands of dollars, which is why they deliver dresses late. They never pay the vendors, so in turn we do not get our dresses or customer service. THIS IS THE WORST RETAIL STORE EVER!! Conatct the local Attorney General or the BBC, if you have had issues with them!
