Kaufman's Wedding World bridal gown no-show ripoff State College Pennsylvania

I purchased the perfect bridal gown from Kaufman's Wedding World in State College PA on August 9, 2003. I paid for the dress in full and was told by the consultant that my dress would be ordered and would arrive in the store within 7-9 months. May 9 was officially 9 months.

I am getting married in a week and a half (June 12, 2004) and I still do NOT have the bridal gown that I have already paid for in full. This is very bad business. I have contacted the store, the customer service line, and emailed the store and have not received a satisfactory answer on when and/or if my bridal gown will be arriving in the store.

I am very upset by the fact that my bridal gown (which is paid in full) is not in and that I have not been offered any answers about the lateness of my gown. My wedding is 11 days away and I do not have my gown, thanks to Kaufman's Wedding World.
