Roger Wittenberns Lady Of America, William Landman, Ladies Workout Express, Rip-off Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I got in with LOA and Roger Wittenberns just as the women's boutique club idea was taking off. Roger suggested I put a circuit inside a full-service LOA club and my sales went through the roof.
Meanwhile, I saw Curves closing left and right. My sister clubs, mostly just the Ladies Workout Express clubs, were struggling as well. Last I read, Curves is half the size of what it was in 2004. Roger sold during good times; you should look at the company statistics since he left. I sold my club, and the new owner took my very successful club and with the help of the new owners, went bankrupt in less than one year.
I don't see anyone bashing LOA's Gerry Weber, unless you got nailed and ripped off by his Fairfield and Napa clubs.
Give it up. Businesses come and go and lots of money is loss and gained. Roger is a good businessman and his new line of clubs is proof of that.

I have GM ,Owner , consultant, I have managed sports clubs for 25 yrs, experiance in the fitness Industry and have owned a few womans day spas for the last 25 yrs in Los Angeles now i do consultation work I also know of the horror that has slithered into your lifes !Some one must have dusted of Vick Tannys autobiogrpy and has decided to relive a nightmare that has taken 30yrs to forget the point a buddy of mine just graduated from fantasy fitness uneversity three months ago who preferes to remain unhumilitated and i relived your nightmares through his eyes a long with those complety obnoxious amature home movies that you get for you 50-60 grand weekend at bernies adventure!Get this they lied about the city his club is in! I will admit it is close to the city and they dident lie about the zip JUST THE CITY!bottom lineI had started sending out letters to you club owners two days ago And i sweqar as god my witness i stumbled across this site tonight.. I am sorry that Mr. Ken Burns was on of the few franchisees that were not profitable. However, what Mr. Burns failed to mention is that we assisted him in reselling his facility and recouping nearly all of his investment. What is unfortunate is that Mr. Burns elected to do things his own way and not follow the simple step by step instructions that we teach at our week long Health Club University. Unlike the thousand + successful franchisees, Mr. Burns was unable to take the information and guidance provided to him and properly implement it the system to become successful.
