On 12/22/2014 I received an e-mail advertising "deals and freebies".  I requested a "free sample" of a product called L'Envi which was advertised as free and only $4.95 shipping and handling had to be paid to receive the product.  On 2/7/2015 I received a second jar of the moisturizer in the mail, which I did not request.  I checked the VISA account the shipping and handling had been charged to in December and a charge of $94.99 was deducted on 1/6/2015, which I did not authorize.  I was also charged a second fee 2/5/2015.  I called the company and spoke with a man who called himself Robert.  He stated that since I did not cancel the agreement within 14 days of my free sample request that I therefore was charged the $94.99 and would be receiving a monthly supply and charged.  I told him I only requested the sample and stated the second jar I had just received was the same size as the "free sample" and he said he was aware of that and that since I did not cancel I was charged the full amount of the product.  I requested to speak to a supervisor and he initially said was impossible.  After multiple requests to speak to a supervisor after being informed I would "not" be refunded my money I was finally transferred to a woman named "Jowanna" (sp?), ID #1433904.  She upheld what Robert had informed me.  When I asked if I would be refunded the latest charge if I return the unopened product received 2 days prior, she stated "no".  She stated that I agreed to the terms of "terms of agreement" online when I did not cancel within 14 days.  I told her that it is not legal good if the terms of agreement are not proviced to the consumer and I would be contacting an attorney.
