L'Envi Free offer a scam! Internet

L'Envi offered a free trial of their wrinkle repair cream and eye serum. The only cost indicated was the shipping fees. I looked closely at the internet offer to ensure there were no hidden gimicks. I could find none, even after reading the small writing under the "Final Step - rush my order,"  so I ordered the product. The product did not work for me as within a week my skin became dry and rough in areas. I wanted to return it, but there was no packing slip...only a white bubble wrap envelop with the product in it. I didn't think anything of it until another order came and then 2 sets of charges appeared at one time on my credit card. I emailed the company. They cancelled everything, but are trying to charge me ~$400!!! This is the worst scam ever!  I am currently in dispute with them via my credit card company and have copies of their web page as proof.
