MAGIC jACK i am a senior disabled vet and you can not get any help no phones and chat line hangs up. They have been reveiwing my file for two months THEY SALE DEVICES THAT DON'T WORK AND THEN THRY WANT A RENEWL California

When they had phone contact I was told the unit was good for life so I bought a magic jack but after two months it wold not work I bought a second one and I was told I could get renewal credit.  The second one failed and I was told to buy the Plus unit which was more expensive but did not need to be plugged to computer.  After 9 months they turned of the third unit even though I did not get a years use.  You can not call them anymore and they hang up on you on the chat line every time I get someone they tell me it is still under consideration.  It has been 2 months and I tried to renew on line it took my money but I did not get connected when I contacted them they said it is still under consideration and do not pay anymore.  I discovered penny a minute Wildgate and they will enter your code in up to three home phones it may be a little more but having service is worth with it.  I have reported them to FCC you should too
