Utilities Inc. Bill doubling, charging when not even in home...vacation for one month... Alamonte springs, Florida

 I agree with other customers of Utilities Inc ripping Us off and getting away with it. Seems to be no recourse. I have called them 20 times sent letters and have only got threats of paying or we'll shut off Your water. My first Bill after they got a rate increase was 350.00 I am single and rarely home. My water bill before rate increase was about 30.00 every 3 months no its after the 350.00 bill about 70.00 per month...Thats about a 500 percent increase. I have called the FTC, also the commision that over sees this and notice these Utlity companies have people on staff that worked for The EPA and the commision them selves...Its the Buddy system allowing these increases, We screwed. They are now sending Me letters as I am writing complaints on here to try to catch Me in a Survey of a problem at My home. I failed to return survay so They are theatening to shut My water off.  I already had them shut it off as Im a s****.>
