Thinking about a Mr Sandless Franchise? BEWARE!!! I have a legal action against them that is pending in the Federal District Court of New Jersey (Docket #08-3297) for fraud, conversion of my funds (theft), breach of contract, interference with my partner, and on and on and on. I am pleased to report that I have settled my differences with Mr. Sandless and it's President Daniel Praz. It is unfortunate that the misunderstanding between me and MSF/Dan has caused me to give up my interest in the franchise, as I have always believed that a MSF franchise was a unique and significant opportunity.

In looking back, I believe my dissatisfaction was based on substantial misunderstandings that have now been worked out to everyone's benefit.
