Mr. Sandless Total ripoff, company does not honor guarantee Pennsylvania

I had Mr. Sandless do my hardwood floor in the kitchen, dining room and hall.  When he finished there were areas he missed, dust bunnies were in the finish, and it looked terrible.  I was not satisfied and asked him to redo the areas missed and remove the dirt and dust from the finish.  He called once with a date to come redo, but we were on vacation so I asked him to give me another date.  He did not call back.  I called him but got a recording the number has been disconnected.

I then contacted mrsandless.com.  I was told the franchise that did my floor was no longer in business and mrsandless.com does not guarantee their work.  All problems had to be worked out with the individual franchise.  Since he was out of business there was nothing they could do.  Their "guarantee" is worthless.  I don't know how they can legally say they have a guarantee when they don't stand behind their products.

This occured two years ago.  My floors are hazy with no shine.  I paid $600 for Mr. Sandless to ruin my floors.  I am saving to have them sanded and refinished professionally.
