Net Detective - Harris Digital Publishing Doesn't deliver what it promises; no sign of refund ripoff DeLand, Florida

I signed up for Net Detective in Nov. The product was completely lame and did not live up to what was promised in the online promotions. I immediately called the company and told them this adn they said I could upgrade for more money.

I said NO THANKS - not dumb enough to give them more money. I insisted on a refund, they sent me the form, I filled it out and never heard from them again. Today I called them - spoke to someone Annette - she said they give refunds every day and never got my form. Yeah right.

So I just faxed it to them AGAIN. After reading the reports on this site, I have no faith whatsoever that I'll ever see a dime of my money back. These companies should be shut down!
