Net Detective (Harris Digital Publishing) Double Charge in spite of refund guarantee DeLand Florida

I won against Harris Digital Publishing thanks to all the posts at rip-off report. In August we signed up for Net Detective encouraged by the promise of a full refund. It took an hour or so to realize we were ripped off. Then we were charged $29.95 twice. We complained to our credit card company. One $29.95 charge was refunded, but not the second one. We were active in Net Detective for only 3 days.

Harris Digital Publishing, the parent company, refused to deal with us. I appealed to the Arkansas Attorney General. That office replied they needed more information. I read through the posts here and used a lot of the information to repeat my case to the the Arkansas Attorney General.

Today I received an email from Harris Digital Publishing that the charges will be refunded. If Arkansas saw merit in my claim, surely other states will feel the same. Write your attorney general and use the arguments you find here at ripoff report. Thanks to everyone.
