I wanted to do a background for a possible tenant, They only gave me back the persons name, Oh, Hello, I think I already knew this! But to get anymore "possible" information, I had to sign up for monthly withdrawels from my credit card. What do I look like, The Mamma Cow? You know what my next comment is.

This whole ordeal has waisted alot of my time today, cost me money, and I still don't have the background check I needed.

My advise: Follow through, call you credit card co.let them know that you are not going to pay for it, have them make a note in you file.Fill out the refund form from Harris Digital Publishing and fax it 386-736-3882.Get the names of the people you talk to.
