Net Detective, Harris Digital Publishing phony false claims, no services available, uses phony reviews to lure customers, difficult to obtain refund Ripoff Deland Florida

I thought I was being careful before buying a subscription to this phony background checking service. I did a search for "background search" and followed a link to Consumer-Guide.org which warned me to look out for fake background checking services and proceed to expound on the virtues of Net Detective.

I went to the site and paid my $29. I then did a search for a known felon just to test the site. No records found. I did a search on myself. No record found. I do not exist. My brother, who is a convicted felon, does not exist. A name a pulled off of the public sex-offender website does not exist. This "service" is a Farce with a capital "F".

When I went to the support area to claim my 90-day money-back guarantee, I had to download a form which I must fill out and mail in. I will post a follow-up when I see how that turns out.
