Ocwen has yet to send me a second statement so that I may pay in a timely manner. Calling thier coustomer service is a waste of time as you get someone over seas that can't speak understandable English. Thier web site is set up to be most unhelpful. It's no wonder that there is over two thousand complants along with possible class action suits. If my mortage hadn't already been sold to them, with out my knowledge, I wouldn't do any kind of business with this outfit.

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They plan to buy insurance for my property with the reason they have no evidence of a current Condominium Association Master Policy on my property,which it is covered by Hoa, they will charge me $464.00 . They sent me a letter on Feb/2015, I faxed and mail to them, I called them 4 days later, they said it takes 5 days to get to their desk that not included the weekend, I called them at least 3 times, same answer.They do not have the knowledge staff or no experience or they want to overcharge the customer , that should be stopped.
