Thank God I checked my bank account today.  If not, my checking account would have been overdrawn with the second July payment being automatically withdrawn by Ocwen.  The first payment was applied on 06/30/2012.  Their website is conveniently down so I am unable to determine the dispensation of the funds.  I purchased my house in 1995 and have several mortgage companies over the years.  I have never had a late payment or any problems with any of the other mortgage companies.  After checking out Ocwen, I am very upset about my loan being transferred.  What can we do?

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They plan to buy insurance for my property with the reason they have no evidence of a current Condominium Association Master Policy on my property,which it is covered by Hoa, they will charge me $464.00 . They sent me a letter on Feb/2015, I faxed and mail to them, I called them 4 days later, they said it takes 5 days to get to their desk that not included the weekend, I called them at least 3 times, same answer.They do not have the knowledge staff or no experience or they want to overcharge the customer , that should be stopped.
