Copy of signed promissory note needed to complete refi application with a local credit union. Ocwen withdrew $15 as payment for a single copy and after one month, I have not received it.

I have called two times regarding the copy. Shortly thereafter,  I receive a notice in the mail that I must call and pay $15 for a single copy.

Called India again today and requested a refund. Ocwen will not honor a refund.

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They plan to buy insurance for my property with the reason they have no evidence of a current Condominium Association Master Policy on my property,which it is covered by Hoa, they will charge me $464.00 . They sent me a letter on Feb/2015, I faxed and mail to them, I called them 4 days later, they said it takes 5 days to get to their desk that not included the weekend, I called them at least 3 times, same answer.They do not have the knowledge staff or no experience or they want to overcharge the customer , that should be stopped.
