It's simple. Paypal will not credit my bank account. I used paypal so my customers could pay me easily. Paypal is keeping my money. They have my bank information and still wont send me my money. I cannot believe them! I can't believe they are getting away with the crimes they committ! I am willing to join with other victims and sue the company!

we need to get more information from you on the circumstances
Paypal is setup to protect Buyers from Seller Fraud.., it sounds like in your case, Paypal has received the payment from the buyer, requested that you ship the item to the customer via a trackable method... and then within a normal time frame (say 14 to 30days) will release the funds to your account. - they do this for new Accounts or for items that involve high fraud or chargebacks etc.
the only other case we have seen of paypal holding funds..
is when 2 or 3 complaints are filed against a seller (say for a few hundred $$) they will place a hold on *all funds* in a paypal account.. - have you called Paypal Resolutions dept? what have they said to you? if you give more info.. we can help you... Reading Paypal "terms of service" is very important in these cases.
