Rentacenter ripoff,they told me the tv and dvd surround sound was defected Redding California

i paid a full month on a home theatre system on june 27 2006, on july 12 2006 steven called me about 1030 am and said that my theatre system was reacalled and they said to unplug the tv and dvd player because steven said it can start a fire,

then steven said he will bring me a tv and pick up the other unit between 5-6 pm, they came and told me i dont have a tv but will have one for you tomorrow, steven and his partner picked the unit up from my house, then i called joe the manager at rentacenter and ask him why steven didnt bring me another tv .he said that im not getting anything back because what happend between me and a***, (((ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) and joe said im not getting no money back,and joe or someone from rentacenter gave information about me to a***,

i still have my contract and my receit , so please contact me because i still need to say what happend 530-***-****
