Sam This person was very persistant.Call me three times changed mind..CALLED ME TODAY Chicago Internet

This is very upsetting..I was in need of a loan and i happen to find lending services. Sam called me and said he got the application, before they could approve it i would have to go and get a green dot card at walgreens i said why. I was told to make sure that the loan would be paid because i was told to put 160 on the card.. the whole time he kept saying ok. I had a hard time understanding him. Finally I said no i cant get there today because i had no transportation he said ok i will hold on to it for a couplke days. when i got off the phone something just didnt seem right so i text him and told him i changed my mind,,today he calls goes thru the hole thing again. i said i didnt want it, now he gets mad and tells me he is charging my account 75.00 for not wanting it, i said what u cant do that he said i can, long story short i told him iwould  sue him and the company, said cant do that, he called me a bad person,, i hung up on him and called my bank to red flag this guy..its ashame that there are peopleout there running these scams.i hope something can be done..
