first i want to state my issue is not with the phones themsleves which are great

the issue reporting here is with the reps ( support)

almost a month ago i got the feb. update ( android and samsung update) , immediately after restarting the phone ( went thru the download/install and got restart prompt) the issue began. never once in proberly 20 years ( various samsung models ) did i ever have this isse. according to the memebers app support its mandatory after ui4 ( which i question, again not any phone i had prior had this) and they repeat atleast same script non answers

yesterday i had 5 1/2 hours wasted in there online chat support ( 2 supervisors no less) they fail to answer any question , and repeat the same script i.e. they are "linmited" on what they can do etc.... i guess sitting silent 90% of the time is there limit? anyway total insult on how they treat customers

i got the s25 plus and had it just over a week before the feb update arrived, not once did the issue about to state appear nor did it on any previous model. upon restart of getting the update a notification ( insert notification tone) which has 4 dots, 2 at top and 2 at the bottom ( think box) first thought was what is this? so i swipe down to see what it is

the notification is to update my apps in the galaxy store ( which i have in the settings to not auto-update another fact lost on the support) it list the apps ( all of which are option i.e. global funds app etc..) and the total file sizeunder that it has wait for wifi connection to the right has use data ( to update the apps) confused as to why this is appearing i cleared the notifaction

now the fun begins. each and every time the phone starts or restarts i get this notification and tone with it. begs the question why am i being forced to install apps? why is the do not auto update setting being ignored? not like these apps being forced have anything to do with security or functioning of the phone itself in anyway

i find this insulting and uncalled for annoyance
