Samsung Multiple product failures, denied warranty, and over $8,000 in losses – Samsung refuses resolution Ridgefield Park NJ

I am writing to report a series of unresolved issues with Samsung Electronics America, Inc. that have resulted in significant financial loss and distress.

1. Samsung Z Fold: I made several attempts to enroll in Samsung Care+ insurance, but the system never allowed me to register my device. Later, my Z Fold was damaged during a cruise, and without insurance, I lost the entire value of the phone.

2. Samsung Dryer: My dryer had two sensors burn out in a short period, making it unreliable and causing additional repair expenses.

3. Samsung Laptops: Both screens broke without external cause. I had to replace the laptops out of pocket due to my work needs.

4. Samsung S25 Ultra: After losing my Z Fold, I was forced to buy a replacement phone, also with no insurance support.

I have provided all documentation and receipts to Samsung and have contacted their support multiple times. The only assistance offered was a vague mail-in repair for one laptop, with no warranty coverage for the other devices and no compensation for my losses.

In total, I have lost over $8,000 because of defective products, denied warranty, and Samsung’s refusal to resolve these issues. I have filed complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the FTC, and the State Attorney General, and I am preparing to file a lawsuit in small claims court. I am also sharing my experience on social media and other consumer platforms to warn others.
