Fantastic Sams experienced damage and trauma from not one, but two separate visits Fort Myers Florida

For years, I went to Fantastic Sams faithfully. I tipped well, trusted their stylists, and invested hundreds of dollars in my hair—because it meant something to me. My hair grows slowly, and I had spent years trying to achieve length, health, and beauty.
 
First Visit – Lauren at Cypress Lakes
I went in for a simple trim. I explained my needs clearly. Lauren disregarded everything I said and left me with uneven, broken layers and visible damage. The salon admitted fault, which gave me hope. I believed that if they owned their mistake, I could trust them again.

 
In Between – Damage Control
After the first visit, I spent hundreds trying to save my hair—extensions, treatments, and deep repair services. I gave my hair time. But eventually, I had to accept the truth: it was too damaged to fix. I would need a major cut. I scheduled it at another Fantastic Sams location, trusting they would take that final step with care.
 
Second Visit – Jodi at San Carlos
Instead of compassion, I got destruction. Jodi cut my hair to barely ¼ inch across most of my scalp—without warning. She installed extensions that were already falling out before my professional meeting. The stress and panic of scrambling to salvage my appearance was unbearable. I had to pay a Miami salon out-of-pocket for emergency repair work—while I was working—and I’m still seeking additional treatment elsewhere to fully recover.
Worse yet, Fantastic Sams still has my extensions, which I’ve requested repeatedly. They’ve ignored my calls, refused to return them, deactivated my customer account, and never provided a receipt for their services. They also overcharged me for foils that were never even placed in my hair.

 
What This Really Is
This isn’t just a bad haircut. This is emotional trauma. This is financial damage. This is the violation of trust and dignity from a business I supported for years. They knew how slow my hair grows. They admitted their first mistake. And they still ruined me again.
