CenturyLink/Lumen - withdraw the payment and then the same day, they put it back in and charge me late fees. Monroe LA
For 4.5 months they tell me it is my bank that is the problem They withdraw the payment and then the same day, they put it back in and charge me late fees and tell me I owe money. They have screwed up my modem password and tell me they can’t fix it. So, now I cannot get into adjust my internet setting. I cannot count how many times they have told me it is fixed, and they do it again.
How hard is it to takeout, a setup AUTOPAY, and keep the money??
THEY skip every other month autopay, THEY skip it.....the whole point of autopay is,
AUTO.
