The sales team signs you up on a specific rate plan and cost only to have the price adjusted and significantly increased a few months later. I've called a dozen times and been transferred 4 to 5 times pecan and have spent nearly a full work week on the phone to no avail. I shouldn't have to continue to call, I was sold and signed up under a specific rate, only to have the jump up 60% and to be told sorry we can't get you that rate. I signed up for a 1 yr at a specific rate and that's what I expected to pay for the year. If you can't honor your end of the deal terminate my account without a penalty or a termination fee.
