as of 10-03-2022 centurylink sold various accounts to brightspeed and promissed that there would not be any issues with the transfer and it wouls be seamless which it has not been by any means as most email domain names were not activated on the new servers so it was as if they were not transfered and they said just change the passwords but this was not acepted by the servers so still not able to access any domains and even not able to access the billing account on the web pages. my prob lems went from bad to worse once i contacted the technical help lines where i was answered byt people from onther country with almost uninteligable accents and a total lack of caring for the problems or any technical understanding of the workings of the ISP's systems whilst being unable to help with the problems the would transfer me to another person that was not the and the system afer an hour plus holding on was then disconnected  and or hung up on and whilst this was going on the HQ of the company was moved to a new address and the phonlines were not maned and the snwering service said leave a message and we will call back but they never did and a message from one number stted that they only work monday to friday 8am till 5 pm this has to be the worst company exoerience ever.

what ever gives you the rite to to question my education and make offensive remarks that offend me so it would seem that you are a self entitled education troll.

i can only suggest that  you go find yourself a busniness so you can stay the hell out of mine

Do not bother with another response unless it is constructive and connected with my complaint.

You Wouldn't Understand

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, October 22, 2022

Long ago and far away there was a place where every little boy and girl went. It was called GRADE SCHOOL. In that place, the nice teachers taught all about sentences, punctuation and capitalization. Unfortunately some children didn't have the IQ to understand such things and still today, they write long, continuous run-on sentences just like a first grader would. As such, you probably wouldn't understand the reasoning behind what is going on with your account as that sort of thing is so much higher in level than the very basic rules of grammar and writing. May I suggest you ask an adult took into this with you and perhaps they can use pictures to make it easy for you to understand!
