Centurylink sent me a bill for services I never received. I called and they said I would have to be disconnected. I told them I was never connected!!! It took over an hour of waiting and I was given a case number and told I was finally disconnected an my bill was zeroed out. Yep, you guessed it I get yet another bill. I called and was told I had the wrong department and transferred. She said she'd take care of it. A half hour later I got disconnected. I called again and was told I had to be sent to the "retention" department and was on hold for a half hour then disconnected. I called back and told them I had officially wasted 2 hours of my life for an account I never had and to please eliminate a bill for services I never received. I them went to online chat and gave them my original case number and they said they were so sorry that they would open a case to zero out my bill and gave me the original case number and said that I would receive and email. In the meantime I was also holding on the phone for them to resolve the issue and you guessed it they disconnected me. The chat agent could not give me a valid case number and NO EMAIL. I still have the bill for services never received from Centurylink. I was never a customer. Pure insanity!!
