Purchased a mattress Jan. 2009. Noticed a bulge  on side in Jan. 2011. Contacted Sleepy's, they sent a company called Bed Chek to inspect the mattress. Pictures were taken at that time.When I contacted them they were not customer friendly at all, some of the reps were rude.  The only solution they had for me was to purchase another mattress from them at a deep discount. I refused. I have not heard from any Sleepy's rep since.

I contacted International Bedding ( the maker of the mattress).  No response.
